Wisconsin Wine and Cheese Pairing

Alone, they are good, but together, they are great! Participate in our first Wisconsin wine and cheese pairing on Friday, April 1st. Participants will taste 4 different pairings of Sartori cheese and 4 Christi’s Vineyard wines, in addition to learning from industry experts about the pairings.
$15/person for members.
$18/person for non-members.
About the Presenters:
Crystal (Siemers-Peterman) Sinn is a technical sales representative for Sartori cheese and has a wealth of knowledge in the cheese industry. She served as the 70th Alice and Dairyland and grew up in Northeast Wisconsin on a dairy farm. Crystal will attend our event as Sartori’s representative and will bring/talk about each of the Sartori cheeses selected.
Kelly Christiansen and his wife started out as commercial grape growers almost 10 years ago and recently began making and bottling their own wine varieties. Their vineyard, 4 Christi’s Vineyard, is located in Newton. Kelly will attend our event and bring/talk about each of the estate wines selected.
