More local leaders are leaving a lasting legacy on the capital campaign to build the Wisconsin Agricultural Education Center. We are proud to announce Country Visions Cooperative and CP Feeds, both supporters of WAEC’s Believers campaign, are now joining together to make a $500,000 lead gift to the capital campaign! Their gift is a reinforcement of their strong ties to Eastern Wisconsin’s agricultural industry and to invest in the future prosperity of their members through educating the public.
Since 1923 Country Visions Cooperative has always valued collaboration as a means to create a stronger, more effective organization to serve one of the world’s agricultural hubs. The same is true for CP Feeds. Established in 2000 through a merger of several local feed mills and now jointly owned by Country Visions Cooperative and the Loefer family, they are one of the top manufacturing suppliers of agricultural mixes and feed ingredients serving customers in Eastern Wisconsin. The two companies continue to work together to provide the products and services necessary to make their customer’s agricultural businesses successful. Today their values truly shine through as they come together to make a significant impact on agricultural education – one they hope inspires others to join them in generously supporting WAEC. Attached is a copy of the press release announcing the gift and sharing more about why this gift was so important for them to make.
Thank you to everyone at Country Visions Cooperative and CP Feeds! We look forward to naming the country store in your honor to celebrate this incredible gift!
