The World of Wisconsin Winemaking at Farm Wisconsin. 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm on Saturday January 30th.
During this workshop, Steve DeBaker, from Trout Springs Winery, will walk participants through various properties of wine, how to taste and evaluate wine, and what to pair with different varieties of wine. Afterward, attendees will test their own skill at winemaking as Steve walks through the simplified steps from juice to wine.
Included in the workshop:
three-quarters of a gallon of your own homemade wine
light lunch paired with a glass of wine from Trout Springs Winery
Additional glasses of wine will be available for purchase.

Cost is $45 per person. Participants must be at least 21 years old.
Each participant will have their own 6′ table to complete their project, allowing plenty of room for social distancing.
