At Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, we offer an unforgettable, hands-on experience that's both fun and educational. During your visit, your students will explore 10,000 square feet of hands-on, interactive exhibits, learn all about dairy cows (and maybe even witness the birth of a calf!), and take an exciting tour of a modern dairy farm—right from your own bus!
And no summer field trip is complete without a special sweet treat! Cool off with a junior scoop of Cedar Crest ice cream for just $2.50 per person.
NEW! Farm Frenzy Experience
Get your students outside this summer to run, laugh, and burn off energy. Farm Frenzy offers outdoor, farm-themed activities designed to make your summer field trip even more fun and memorable. A few of our exciting team experiences include:
- Career Relay Race: Dress as your favorite ag career—literally! Gear up as fast as you can, zoom to the marker, and tag your teammate! Which team will "clock out" the fastest?
- Water the Crops: Use only a sponge and cup to quickly transport all the water from one bucket to the distant "crop" bucket—every drop is need in the summer heat!
- Egg Relay Race: Carefully balance your egg and make it to the finish line without falling off your spoon.
- Needle in a Haystack: Dig and sift through a large pile of hay to uncover the hidden needle before anyone else.
