Reserve Your Field Trip Date

Thank you for your interest in a Farm Wisconsin field trip! Please complete the form below to request a field trip reservation. Requests are reviewed in the order received, and a reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team.

• Submit one form per group.
• Reservations should be requested at least two weeks in advance.
• Please have your preferred date, group size, and contact information ready.
• A confirmation email will be sent after your request has been reviewed.

Note: Field trips are available Thursdays - Saturdays year-round. If your group would like to visit on a Monday - Wednesday, you must guarantee 25 attendees for the field trip.
