Registration Closed: Valentine Wine & Cheese Dinner

Celebrate love, local flavors, and the art of pairing at our Valentine Wine & Cheese Dinner.

Join us for an entertaining and delicious evening featuring Chef Andrew’s creations, incorporating LaClare Creamery products in courses paired with South American wines hand-selected by Kevin Stoer of LondonDairy Alpaca Ranch. Kevin and Clara Hedrich—the “Clare” of LaClare—will provide commentary as each cheese and wine is served.

The evening’s fare includes:

Fig salad—Poached pears, pecans and candied figs complement LaClare’s Fig and Honey Chevre, on mini romaine wedge with honey fig vinaigrette. Paired with a South American wine.

LaClare Curds—House breaded LaClare goat cheese curds, served with tarragon aioli and paired with a complementary South American wine.

Local Gyro—Local seasoned lamb, tomato, cucumber tzatziki and LaClare Feta Goat Milk Cheese. Paired with a coordinating South American wine.

Dessert wine paired with LaClare Creamery Chandoka Cow and Goat Milk Cheese.
