Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training Course with Center for Dairy Research

Center for Dairy Research will be hosting its Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training at Farm Wisconsin from April 28-30, 2026.
This course, developed by Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by the FDA and delivered by a Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) Certification. The successful completion of the PCQI course is one way to meet FDA FSMA requirement for a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) under regulations 21 CFR 117.180(c)(1).
